After surfing party photo sites "en-mass" and enjoying the open, free, happy spirt of all the party goers, I wanted to portrait the partykids in a new light.

Pulling the kids out of their familiar party atmosphere and having them pose without smiling transforms the kid from a dancing, tipsy, outgoing partykid into one you'd have no problems introducing to your parents.

With the drink in their hands they're still in touch with the party in the background.

The kids featured here were not forced nor harmed to take these photos, they posed willingly upon request.
